Since 2021, when Guizhou Province and Guangdong Province started the cooperation between the east and the west, Jinwan District of Zhuhai City and Xishui County of Zunyi City have gathered a number of agricultural processing enterprises in the park where the factories are on the verge of idleness by making plans, improving supporting facilities such as sewage treatment, helping enterprises to purchase equipment and linking financial capital, with an annual output value exceeding 800 million yuan.

When Guizhou Poinsettia Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was short of funds for the expansion of the factory, a 4.99 million yuan cooperation fund between the east and the west helped the enterprise to build four new production lines for processing oil pepper, pickled pepper and pepper. In Chishui City, the local government invested 19.59 million yuan in cooperation between the east and the west to revitalize idle factories and build the first and second phases of the bamboo shoot deep processing factory. Since it was put into production, five bamboo shoot brands have been established, and more than 40 new single products have been developed, with an output value of more than 35 million yuan.
