At this year’s Chengdu Auto Show, various SUVs can be described as the limelight, and the main feature is a tough guy. However, in the B-class sedan sector, especially the new energy sector, there is no competition for sale, but I still found a "glamorous" model, which is the Roewe D7.
A fraternity said, now it’s all about SUVs. Who is going to buy a car? I don’t think it can be said so absolutely. You can go and see BYD and Changan’s deep blue and new energy cars sell well. I think this Roewe D7 is targeting the users of BYD Seals and Deep Blue SL03 to share the cake. Then let’s compare the three cars directly and see what the D7, which forms an independent B-class new energy car "Three Musketeers" with the other two cars, has.
Let’s take a look at the appearance first. Roewe D7 adopts an integral front face similar to the current new energy style, and at the same time, two kinds of power match two kinds of front face shapes. This time, D7′ s front face design is characterized by a stable atmosphere, which is in sharp contrast with the front face design that is popular in the market. In particular, the hidden waistline design on the side of the car body makes the whole car look wider and creates a fashionable and safe atmosphere.

The light source of LED taillights is dot matrix, and the triangular shape in the taillight lampshade is matched with dot matrix light source to interpret the scientific and technological attributes.
Roewe D7 focuses on elegance. In terms of appearance recognition, D7 DMH adopts integrated lightning headlights with strong recognition.
Roewe D7 EV uses split headlights, and the front face creates a more sci-fi visual sense, focusing on the ultimate simplicity.
Roewe D7 has a stable design style, but the line design at the tail has the feeling of a sports car. The tail of the car is sleek and small, the slender duckling tail in the middle highlights fashion and youth, and the tail bar is simple and capable, conveying the design connotation of elegant aesthetics of science and technology.

In terms of interior, D7 brought Yunsu cockpit this time, which can be seen from the literal meaning. It is to let drivers experience the intelligent comfort like Yunsu, and the design of the chest block releases the function below the center console, reflecting a larger and more relaxed sense of space. The interior adopts the design style of embracing horizon, with double 12.3 inches running through the LCD screen, like wandering in the Milky Way. The interior of BYD Seal DM-i also adopts a family-style marine design sense. The 10.25-inch LCD instrument panel is matched with the 15.6-inch rotatable suspension central control panel, and the small crystal bar below is integrated with the function button area. The Dilink car system responds smoothly, and the car functions are more provided for the co-driver and rear entertainment.
The dark blue SL03 is wrapped with full leather stitching. The 14.6-inch lathe is designed without buttons, and it supports 15 left and right rotation. The lathe uses 8155 chips, and its main feature is the mainstream of science and technology.
It is worth mentioning that the Roewe D7 has put a lot of effort into the seat design. The rear row space of Roewe D7 is also very spacious, and the leg and back show the high demand for space design of B-class cars in terms of depth size and seat back inclination. Matching the panoramic skylight, the interior space is wider and brighter, and the wider size of the rear headrest brings a better sense of head setting off, achieving a ride comparable to MPV.
Seal DM-i rear seat has excellent leg support, and the middle position of the seat feels hard, but the overall seat foil and materials are still kind. The rear head space is moderately released due to the slip back design, and the overall seat height is high.
Deep blue SL03 focuses on both sports and comfort in the performance of the rear seats. The overall support of the seats is hard, the leg space in the middle position is too small, and the back is also hard. The overall riding experience of the seats is consistent with the sports style, which is suitable for 4 big and 1 small passengers.
In terms of power, Roewe D7DMH can achieve 125km pure electric battery life, with a comprehensive battery life of 1,400km and fuel consumption of 4.3L per 100km.
