According to the announcement, Shanghai Haibo Xinhui International Trade Co., Ltd. shall pay Meijin Energy Group Co., Ltd. RMB 216,228,262.63 and interest for the dispute over the right of recourse between Meijin Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Haibo Xinhui International Trade Co., Ltd., and Li Zhaohui shall be jointly and severally liable for a quarter of the unpaid part of the above payment obligations. Because the person subjected to execution has not fulfilled the obligations specified in the effective legal documents so far, in order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the obligee, according to the application of the executor Meijin Energy Group Co., Ltd., and in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the announcement of the reward for execution is now publicly released to the public.
The reward period is from September 10, 2021 to September 9, 2022. The informant provided the whereabouts of Li Zhaohui and successfully found Li Zhaohui. Meijin Energy Group Co., Ltd. promised to reward the informant with RMB 100,000, and the reward amount will be paid to the informant within three working days from the date of finding Li Zhaohui. Once the informant provides real and effective clues about the property under the name of the person being executed that have not been mastered by our hospital, Meijin Energy Group Co., Ltd. promises to reward them according to 10% of the amount actually executed.
