On July 21st, the topic planning and training meeting of the program "Judges Solving Cases" in the Law Lecture Hall of the Central Radio and Television General Station was held in the People’s Court of Damaoqi, Baotou City, attended by six people including Chen Dehong, deputy producer of the program, and Hao Yanfei, editor-in-chief. He Yali, deputy secretary and vice president of Baotou Intermediate People’s Court, and Liu Hongfang, deputy secretary and vice president of Wulanchabu Intermediate People’s Court attended the meeting. Thirteen judges from the court systems of Baotou and Wulanchabu attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Zhang Zhiqiang, Party Secretary and President of Damaoqi People’s Court, delivered a speech, congratulating the meeting and expressing warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the leaders and guests attending the meeting. He said that this year is the first year to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the Damaoqi People’s Court will closely focus on the work goal of "creating first-class work performance and creating first-class court team" in Baotou Intermediate People’s Court, and do a solid job in publicity.
He Yali, deputy secretary and vice president of the Party Group of Baotou Intermediate People’s Court, said that since the Baotou Court became attached to the column of "Law Lecture Hall" in 2020, there have been many exchange activities. The convening of this topic planning meeting is not only an affirmation of the work of Baotou court, but also a spur and encouragement for future work. The two courts in Baotou will fully cooperate with the column group, continue to explore typical cases, train outstanding speakers, and pass on the positive energy of justice.
Chen Dehong, deputy producer of "Law Lecture Hall" column, pointed out that "Judge’s Solution to Cases" is a public welfare lecture program for judges jointly launched by "Law Lecture Hall" column and the Supreme People’s Court Information Bureau, which popularizes legal knowledge and conveys the strong voice of the rule of law through case interpretation. The column group is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the courts in Bulgaria and Ukraine, tell the story of the rule of law well, sing the main theme of the rule of law, and contribute to comprehensively promoting the rule of law.
At the meeting, the 13 judges’ speakers reported the carefully prepared topics one by one. Hao Yanfei, editor-in-chief of the column, and Hou Xuming, executive editor, commented one by one and put forward their opinions. This topic planning training not only strengthened communication, but also reserved a number of high-quality topics, which laid a solid foundation for the next program broadcast.
At the same time, the column group also carried out the all-media public welfare popularization video of "2023 Guarding Tomorrow" — — The filming of "Summer Safety" and the interview with Mandula Court of Damaoqi People’s Court deeply felt the efforts and contributions made by the port court in the aspects of judicial protection of ecological environment and substantive governance of the source of complaint.
