This is the first time that CCTV has authorized the excellent film and television resources for many years to special industries on a large scale and systematically. China Braille Publishing House will deeply process the authorized programs without barriers, and distribute the finished programs and the audio-visual products through special and effective channels such as the Internet and local disabled persons’ federations, so that the disabled can enjoy CCTV’s well-known audio-visual resources as soon as possible.
